MoreFun Studios pushed a maintenance update for Arena Breakout: Infinite on July 30 at 3:00 (UTC +0). It is a live update, so there is no full client redownload. If you were mid-raid when it deployed, exit to the launcher and hit Update to install it.
This one is mostly fixes and quality-of-life polish rather than new content, but a couple of the balance tweaks are worth reading before your next Air Port run. Here is everything that changed.
Fixes and improvements
- Fixed the Legacy Knife missing its swap animation while sprinting.
- Fixed being unable to cancel the sheathing animation on the Legacy Knife's first two attacks to chain into follow-up strikes.
- Fixed the character icon showing at the wrong position after eliminations.
- Fixed several out-of-bounds exploits that let players reach unintended spots on Air Port and Armory.
- Fixed some containers on Air Port that were not interactive.
- Improved character face texture rendering under certain graphics settings.
- Improved the in-game prompts for Hostile Sector Solo Infiltration.
- Cleaned up access-restriction messaging: players who try to enter a raid with expired items now get a clearer notification.
- Fixed a desync where an AI enemy's displayed position could drift from its real one when peeking right from cover.
- Fixed voice-line issues for the Federal Agent and Crimson Espionage when using the second face model.
The two that matter most in a firefight are the AI peek desync and the Legacy Knife chaining fix. The desync meant you could line up a shot on an AI that was not actually where it looked, which quietly cost trades against Special Forces in Hostile Sector. And restoring the sheathe-cancel on the Legacy Knife makes melee combos flow the way they were meant to, which is the whole point of the TV Station knife mode.
Other adjustments
TV Station, melee-only entry cost
The Solo Op Knife Fight buy-in went up:
- Entry condition: 150,000 → 200,000
Air Port Supply Drops, leaderboard multipliers
Top finishers now earn a bigger cut of the split:
- 1st place: 1.4 → 2.0
- 2nd place: 1.2 → 1.5
That is a meaningful widening of the reward gap at the top of Supply Drops. Carrying a lobby is now paid out closer to what it is worth, so if you have been playing it as a low-stakes warmup, the incentive to actually push for first just got stronger. Supply Drops is still the safest place to learn the Air Port map since there is nothing to lose on death.
Resident Evil Assault Dagger
- Adjusted the blade orientation and model scale on the Assault Dagger: Resident Evil Edition.
- Adjusted its base damage and armor damage to match the standard Assault Dagger.
The RE dagger from the Resident Evil 4 collab was a cosmetic reskin that had drifted off the baseline weapon's numbers. Bringing it back in line means you can run the collab skin without a stat trade-off, which is how a cosmetic should work. You can compare melee and every other weapon in the database.
Bottom line
Nothing here reshapes the meta, but the map exploit closures on Air Port and Armory plus the AI peek fix make raids a little fairer, and the Supply Drops multiplier bump gives the casual mode real reason to compete. Live update, no downtime, back in the raid.
